Range of products
We now offer over 5.000 different spares of which some 2.500 part numbers are nozzles for automotive and marine applications. A complete range of products for diesel injection systems of older and modern style such as elements, d/valves, kits and much more is also available. Our spares are perfectly interchangeable with the original parts.
Stock and Delivery times
If you are looking for small (12-24 pcs) or medium (36-60 pcs) quantities of our fast movers these are most probably available from our stock at all times. Our stock and our flexible production schedules can satisfy costumers’ requests in the shortest time possible, even less than 60 days.
Quality control.
The old adage “you get what you pay for” applies here. Buying cheap nozzles is a temporary business, but a product controlled like ours is safer and it is the basis of a long and profitable business cooperation. At every production phase, specific tests are carried out. At the end of the full production process we test 100% of our nozzles. For the newer generation nozzles we also perform a random test on the test bench.
Technology
We at Seven Diesel SpA have always believed that investment is the key to success, so since the very beginning we continuously invested in new technologies, not only improving our machine tools (by using machines such as UVA, Tschudin, Ghiringhelli, Index, Studer, Posalux, Kadia), but also for our nozzle testing, quality control and the marking (with the laser technology) of our nozzles.

A high standard quality product is no longer enough and for this reason Seven Diesel SpA has been dedicated to offer a service as good as our product. Web site and online catalogue, presence on social networks (Facebook, Twitter X, LinkedIn, Instagram e YouTube), international fairs allow us to be closer and in constant contact with our Customers. Seven Diesel also teams up with our customers in the battle against SEVEN counterfeit nozzles.
Environmentally friendly
Those companies who offer low cost products hardly care for our environment. To work respecting the environment is a duty that Seven Diesel SpA never forgets so we recycle materials such as paper, plastic and with a correct removal of our industrial waste. Seven Diesel has a sophisticated 120 Kwp photovoltaic system for the production of electricity and only uses LED lights with low energy consumption.
