Seven Diesel is innovation. quality. technology.
Seven Diesel SpA specializes in the production of nozzles for diesel fuel injection systems. SEVEN products have always been known for their quality, which comes from the continual technological research for new materials and new processes.
Seven Diesel SpA’s policy of continual modernization and investments assures that both our manufacturing techniques and equipment are among the most advanced available in this field. Our high precision machinery as well as our technological testing tools adapt to the fast diesel fuel injection system evolution and they allow us to reach extremely reduced tolerances, minimal surface roughness and cylindricity values below 0.5 microns. Nozzle body and needle are paired with clearances not exceeding 2-4 microns.
In order to get a highly reliable final product we only use selected first materials, which result from a constant, close cooperation with the most important European steel manufacturers. A modern metallurgical laboratory constantly monitors the dimensional stability and the quality of heat treatments of SEVEN made nozzles.
Each phase of the production cycle is followed by an accurate quality control testing which includes, among others, a functional test on 100% of the production lot in order to grant a long nozzle life, reduced fuel consumption and low emissions. Each nozzle is severely tested in order to grant reliability and durability both for marine, railway, stationary engines and for passenger cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, buses, tractors and earth moving machines. The three main tests that each of our nozzle goes through are:
- atomization testing
- leakage testing
- pressure dropping time testing
Our forty-year experience as well as the skills of our technicians and workers combined with the production flexibility of our plant allow us to meet any demand of the market both from a technological and delivery point of view.
Seven Diesel SpA has been ISO9001/ UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2011 (certificate number IT11/0255 and Quality Policy) as a result of our constant quality policy to meet our customers’ expectations.
