The quality of our products as well as the good reputation of our brand name led to the presence of counterfeit nozzles on all international markets. Our constant market monitoring led us to detect various items showing a counterfeit SEVEN logo on them, whose origin is mainly Chinese. Some dishonest companies are trying to take advantage of our experience, of our hard work and of our own brand. They are cheating our customers and this is unacceptable.
Counterfeit nozzles look very similar to the original SEVEN nozzles, but do have some technical and quality features that are very poor. Consequently, if used, they may cause damage.
We invite all customers not to trust those products that, although similar to our own made nozzles, come from unofficial distribution channels and we ask for your kind cooperation: please do let us know if you detect any fake SEVEN nozzle in your market. Also, please get in touch with us if you have any doubts as to the originality of any SEVEN nozzle. If necessary we will start legal actions to contrast the unauthorized use of the SEVEN brand.
We remind you that Seven Diesel SpA is the only owner of the SEVEN brand and is the only company that can appoint international distributorship of the SEVEN products. The brand is registered worldwide, including China.
In an effort to battle counterfeit products, we implemented three originality checking systems on our packings: hologram, “genuine SEVEN” marking, Secure Code
Hologram
We use it to seal our 12-piece packs. When the hologram is removed, a VOID pattern appears on the box and the hologram cannot be used again.
Genuine Seven marking
on the label where the SEVEN code is printed you can see the “Genuine Seven” marking, which is printed with a special security ink which creates a polarization effect (green/red) if read through a special filter.
Secure Code
starting October 2015, on the bottom part of our 12-piece pack labels we added a “Secure Code”: it is an 11-digit alpha-numeric code.

You can verify the authenticity of your nozzles by checking your code on our web site:
The results you can get are:
Green
you typed a correct code. The code was checked once only. The product is original.
Orange
the code is correct, but somebody before you already looked it up in our web site. The product may not be original SEVEN. If the product was looked up many times before you did, the chances it might not be original are high.
Red
the code is incomplete or does not exist. The product is 100% fake.
